Painting along the Intracoastal Waterway

Galvez Landing, 12x12, Oil. SOLD.
In order to get this perspective with predominantly water and a high horizon, I got to set down on the job. This location is the boat ramp at Innerarity Point. Right behind me boats were being launched. One even got away from it's owners who jumped in to bring it back. Have I told you I enjoy watching the nautical activity along the Intracoastal Waterway by my house?
This study is one of six I chose to include in our Plein Air Painters of Pensacola Annual Show at the Wright Place, with opening reception on Friday 5-7. I hope to see you locals.
